Open all year, Haybergill Centre is a private hidden resource, an eco-friendly large, inspiring Scandinavian style venue.... comprising a main building with level, good wheelchair access throughout, an annex, a pod and an arctic bbq cabin- all set in large mature grounds.

Owned by Mick & Maggie, who have a long term commitment to running a sustainable, ethical, family business, our venue provides a warm, safe and supportive space. All are welcome to share this special place with us. Over the past 21 years we have welcomed many different types of retreats, workshops, training courses, planning and strategic meetings, personal growth & leadership programmes running here. We also have groups seeking exclusive use catered accommodation for many other recreational purposes and groups of family and friends meeting up for special occasions.
Whether groups come to unwind, relax, reflect, share ideas and practice, learn and gain new insights, sing or play music or simply to socialize and have fun they can all be confident in the knowledge that all practicalities are reliably and unobtrusively taken care of by our small team of hosts.
During spare time guests can enjoy the grounds close surrounding countryside by just being and chilling, bird & other wildlife watching, walking with or without Mick & Maggie’s dog,Kody.  Try our nordic sauna. Group leaders often arrange, in conjunction with our staff, for a therapist to provide holistic treatments for their clients. In the grounds there is a purpose built open fire pit which guests are able to use as long as they collect the wood.A recent popular addition is our arctic cabin, allowing an indoor space for up to 15 seated around  an open fire for which we supply dried wood at cost..Nearby, golf is available at the delightfully scenic Appleby golf course, a 5 minute drive from us.
