Spring Yoga & Mindfulness with Emma & Sharon Friday 21st (6pm)- Sunday 23rd April (4pm)
Come and enjoy a blissful weekend of Yoga and Mindfulness at Haybergill Retreat Centre in Cumbria. Throughout the weekend there will be a variety of yoga practices offered, including vinyassa flows, yin yoga, somatics and yoga nidra. We will also experience and explore how to develop mindfulness in everyday life, to help cultivate care and kindness towards ourselves. There will be opportunities to deepen an existing mindfulness meditation practice- or to begin one.

Reiki and Personal/Spiritual Development Retreat with Martine Moorby.

This three-day retreat, now in its twelvth year, is a wonderful opportunity for rest, renewal and learning. Hosted by Reiki Master Martine Moorby, the retreat offers a flexible combination of Reiki practice and meditations, energy work, workshop-style activities, and confidential life-coaching to address more personal questions.
It is a unique opportunity to:

Early Summer Yoga Retreat with Heather & Regina Friday 19th(6pm)- Sunday 21st May (4pm) Join Heather and Regina to create space in the body, mind and soul on this energising and rejuvenating yoga retreat at the Haybergill Centre. Enjoy healthy home produced vegetarian and vegan meals.
Six yoga sessions in the spacious yoga studio (please bring own mat and yoga blanket) Outside of the yoga classes there will be plenty of time to relax, unwind and explore the beautiful grounds and countryside or experience a Thai Yoga Massage and other holistic therapies (extra), sauna, walking and wine!
Both Heather and Regina have practised yoga for a number of years and trained with the British Wheel of Yoga holding the 500 hour diploma. Heather teaches Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin yoga in Cheshire and Regina Ashtanga and Hatha yoga in Aberystwyth. They continue to enhance their yoga practice and teaching techniques with continued training with well-known teachers such as David Swenson, Kathryn Budig, Kino McGregor and Granville Cousins. They are also Thai Yoga Massage therapists.

The Yoga: This is an opportunity for anyone wanting to experience not just one but two great teachers with a wealth of knowledge & experience. There will be something for all abilities & preferences. Expect the weekend to be filled with a fun & friendly approach towards postures whilst also adding a little challenge to each session. Expect static postures to find your alignment & Vinyasas to create flow & freedom. The weekend will feature a wide variety of postures to suit everyone’s needs & the weekend is geared towards all abilities from beginner to the more experienced yogi. The Teachers: Maxine Geary is a sports enthusiast & outdoor adventure yogi from Wigan who has been practising & teaching yoga for over 20 years. Maxine has a no messing, clear, precise & friendly, fun-filled approach to teaching with a keen emphasis on encouraging students to work strongly to their own level of ability, develop awareness & stay present & connected with the body & breath during class participation. Maxine is qualified in Karuna Yoga, an Iyengar inspired yoga that focuses on strength & stability & correct body alignment in addition flexibility & relaxation. Maxine is also a Holistic Lifestyle Management Coach & Movement Therapist.
Louise Hebblewhite is a Hull girl with a big personality bringing warmth & fun to her teaching, together with a great awareness & understanding of the posture. Louise will often use music to help get the best out of you, so be prepared to boogie & jive as you move through your asana practice. Louise is a qualified yoga teacher of over 10 years & has developed her own Sucram Yoga style. Louise is also trained in Kahuna Cultural Bodywork, Body Massage, Sports Massage & Therapeutic Massage & Reflexology.
Accommodation & Meals: All meals are of a wide & varied range of delicious vegetarian dishes & organic produce is used where possible. Autumn Yoga Retreats with Joanna
Friday 17th – Sun19th or Friday 24th- Sun 26th November . Arrival 6pm Friday - Depart 4pm Sunday.
Joanna was inspired and encouraged to follow the path of yoga teacher training after many years practicing and enjoying yoga classes. Her love of dynamic flowing sequences led her to pursue Astanga Yoga Teacher Training 200 hrs Yoga Alliance which she completed in 2004 with Brian Cooper and Nawajyoti at Union Yoga in Edinburgh and Shanti Griha in Scoraig, Scotland.
Joanna continues to deepen her yoga practice and draws inspiration from workshops and intensives with a wide range of well known yogis such as Sri Dharma Mittra, David Swenson, Matthew Sweeney, Paul Grilley, Kausthub Desikachar, Shiva Rea and Sarah Powers. She also continues to practice with her yoga teacher Granville Cousins.
Joanna holds classes in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga with Relaxation and Yin Yoga in the Bolton and Manchester area. Yoga one-to-one – always available.
About the Retreat.
We will have a Vinyasa Flow practice in the morning and Yin Yoga practice in the evening, with relaxing Yoga Nidra after dinner.
The beautiful yoga room overlooks the gardens where rabbits and red squirrels come to feed.
There is a separate chalet with sauna and massage room where treatments will be available throughout the weekend (not included in the price). There will be ample time to explore the surrounding countryside which is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty.
